Well it seems that not all the Kami want a discussion and risk a negative outcome to thier intentions by thier peers have decided for themselves to take action before any consensus can be reached. Obscurus Liliam has declared on the Zo-Kian OP. Is this how its done in the Kami faction ? or are they acting as a rogue guild ?
