My suspicion is that not a f2p player, but a formerly subbed player now using the possibility of logging in like f2p, did these clicks.
It would mean that the Devs haven't yet closed that loophole. In this case, a decent approach by the player would be reporting the vulnerability but abstaining from abusing it (one time for test purposes ofc would not constitute abuse). On the Dev's and CSR's side, it would be wise to acknowledge such a bug and declare that further abuse of it would lead to an abortion of the OP war initiated without compensation, with the right reserved to punish the abuser.
