However, I do believe it is too hard for new ones to become marauder and each land should have a marauder village in it, not just the forest.
That village should be easy for a marauder newbie to access somewhere at least.
It should have at least one Occupation taylored to marauder lifestyle.
It should have Welcomer missions for them to do.
It should have regular meetings like the other factions have, maybe updates from Akilia Ash Storm or someone.
(Extras: Offer Marauder gear, armor, maybe weapons, but none that are more superior to the other weapons on Atys unless you allow access to these things to all players)
