If I understand you correctly you want (say) a new brick: 
*[Find Better Materials] --> Excellent OR Supreme

is that right?

I want something like that for low level
*[Material Specialisation] --> Major Resin OR Major Wood OR Major Fibre

or maybe 
*[Material Specialisation] --> Major Seed OR Major Amber 


Two ways to do that might be

1/ to add some logic functions when building stanzas from existing bricks, like:
*[Find TWO better materials]
     [Find Better Materials] --> Excellent 
     [Find Better Materials] --> Supreme

2/ to simply add extra "combination bricks" that might be given free when you learn the component bricks or might need to be obtained separately.
So if I learn the brick
*[Material Specialisation] --> Major Seed
and I learn the brick
*[Material Specialisation] --> Major Amber
i get a free brick
*[Material Specialisation] --> Major Seed and Major Amber

But the brick
*[Find Better Materials] --> Excellent OR Supreme
requires some higher level of fame with (say) kami, kara, mara or rangers
