Common courtesy dictates that if there are plentiful mobs in a particular area then there are enough to share. Common sense dictates that the quicker a spawn is killed, the sooner they respawn and the sooner everyone can go back to gaining XP.
This is the way it works now (when everybody is respectfull and nice as they usually are). If I understand this part of CoC, it's saying this kind of behaviour is not ok. I'm not saying the idea behind should be changed, but to clarify what it means. If I'm pulling one mob, killing it slowly and full team comes into spot and is respectfull, they're breaking CoC now which seems odd to me.

If someone and their alts/friends think to monopolize the Najab spawn of 8 in Void, and refuse to share, I rather think that I might call upon the CSRs to chastise them for being greedy and spoiling the game for others.
And CoC says otherwise now, why I'm thinking there should be change of wording there. CoC is the ultimate guideline in game as I understand. It's the "rules" and if practical way is even against it like in this example, I think more clarification is needed.

I would say the CoC should reflect more on whether or not you joining in on the spawn would significantly diminish the original teams gains.
The CoC should automatically allow spawn sharing (imo) as long as you are not disruptive or slow down the original team significantly, like: your kill speed, not looting corpses, tagging their targets (tho accidents happen)
This is what I was thinking when I posted this =). If you go to spawn where there is someone, look what they are doing and if you think you can be there without "harming" that/those who was there, you should have every right to be on that spot too. Again, IMO on all what I say ;)
