Shift clicking on an item or skill produces a link in chat and other players can click it and see the right click info screen. This is helpful to explain skills or equip in chat without meeting in person and showing the items in a trade window. Could also advertise crafted items this way e.g. rubbarned etc without the risk of forgetting them at a merchant.
