- Web links' support, internal (forum things) and external (like youtube).
- Item viewer: focus on chat, then press something like Ctrl+Mouse0 on inventory's item then get a reference to chat, were you see item's stats

those 2 I'm really missing in Ryzom, I know them from other games and I used them a lot.
It's not quite a chat feature, but sending items by Izam mail would also be amazing (but their should be a reasonable limit per bird, like 15 bulk /1 large weapon).
