Ryzom will move to a real Free to Play concept soon!

Hello,

We are working to move the game to a true Free to Play / Freemium concept, in answer to the feedback you have shared with us on our forums and on Steam:

- All accounts will have a free to play access, even the unsubscribed ones.
Our main goal is to give all the players choosing not to pay (or not to pay anymore) the same basic gameplay required to enjoy all the game. That means that unsubcribed players will still be able to play even if they are not subscribed anymore, with free to play rights, which is not the case at the moment.

- Paying for Premium option will permit more gameplay rights.
Moving to Premium option will offer more gameplay possibilities, such as double experience points, more storage capacity, higher allowed level of equipment...
Removing an account from the Premium option will allow the player to go on playing with this account. It will, however, be moved back to the Free to Play option.

We will add more details once the developers have finished their work and we are ready to implement this new feature. This is in our high priority to-do list.
