You have mistranslated the player's comment. "Silly" is not an insult in English. Next time maybe ask if someone else who is fluent in the language feels they are insulting you before getting upset. This would not be worth sending a ticket to CSRs for unless you had evidence the person started to harrass you after this comment. If you are bothered by the player, there is always an ignore option to use. Relax and have fun at the OP. :)
