As stated in several comments, if a bug affects your game play, please send an email to support@ryzom.com with your screenshots or use the in game ticket system.
Also please note that the forums are read by many players with extensive tech and game knowledge and they are doing a great job helping out with special problems. Ryzom is known for it's helpful community and anyone can post in threads were players choose to ask the community instead of using the direct ticket system to contact support.
I believe the technical aspects of the problem in the initial post has been covered already and if you need further support, please contact support directly.
