I suggest you reformulate your problem in standard german or english. Moreover your problem seems to belong to technical support forum rather than Web Apps Bugs as far as it deals with the payment system or account management.
As far as I understood, you alreay subscribed/paid but your account isn't playable (yet). Or were there problems with the payment methods (credit card or paypal)? Possibly a mail to support@ryzom.com would be a good idea, too.
