I just got someting similar on my alt. She targeted a person (Ozelott), and she got this special icon on the target window:



The icon would then not go away when targeting regular mobs. It seems some ELua script in the background was having trouble, because it was spitting errors every time she changed targets:



This was just a one-time bug that I can't seem to reproduce.
