The moon, ringed planet, and nebula move across the sky in tiny jumps. Tiny, but once you notice the jumps you can't un-see them, y'know? It dents the aesthetics of the otherwise gorgeous skies and is a blemish in videos.
If I remember correctly, they moved smoothly in Ring scenarios. I have no idea what caused that difference though.
After all these years, it'd be wonderful to see this imperfection fixed. Considering it was already fixed inside Ryzom Ring, it might be a simple way to improve graphics in a small sense.
