Greetings fellow Arkitechts! We have a small project to prepare an event for the next Anlor Winn.
A note regarding spoilers:
Anyone is free to take part and help as much or as little as they wish, but it must be made clear that any knowledge gained about the event should remain within the confines of the project. There are many players who will enjoy the surprise of discovery, and we should endeavor to allow them that. Also it is important to realize that using any special knowledge obtained from working here to gain an advantage over other players is very heavily frowned upon. There is a great joy to be had in observing a successful event unfold, and seeing players reactions to it.
The goal is to make a fully automated event that will last about a week or two, and as such we have a very strict deadline!
Rather than suggest my own ideas first, the floor is open to all who wish to make suggestions.
Given the collaborative nature of the project, some ideas will not be used, other may ideas may be partially used or adapted, and new ideas may present themselves at any time. As "project manager" I will have final say on what is and is not, and ultimately the event we create will have to be validated by the Senior Event Managers.

There will be a meeting held on IRCs #ryzomforge channel on Saturday May 16th at 18:00 UTC / 20:00 CET. There we will discuss any questions and put together the general outline of what we will be making!
