What sort of difficulty level would you want from that boss? Would you want it designed to try and catch you out and possibly kill you in the process? :P
Difficult enough to force people to rethink Team dynamics, maybe wild roaming Frippos would be social to the boss and attack as well. The harder a boss is to beat, the more of a thrill it is when you are done.

complex is fun when it comes to bosses, but the learning curve for them can't be too extreme or it will discourage many from even trying.
This makes me wonder how many teams tried and failed to kill bosses like Clopperketh or Shooketh before someone found a solution to their unique problems. Or how anyone ever even realized Cratchakin was there at all. Imagine how long it must have taken to develop a working strategy for any of the NPC bosses.
If a boss is really difficult, even if there are those who will give up on it, there are those who will keep trying until they succeed and remember what worked well and what didn't. Something seemingly impossible at first might give some of us something new and fun to focus on.
