Since it can't be decribed very well in text, I inlcuded the manufacturer's web site and a video. You still do everything you do with the mouse that you normally do ..... the head mouse is essentially a 2nd mouse that duplicates the function of a fighter pilots helmet in a flight sim or your eye balls in a game like ryzom. It allows you to look and target in a different direction than your tune is facing .... no more click-hold drag to change camera angle, turn ya head and camera angle goes with it.
