ARCC access on the yubo (test shard) are unusable since 10 days now, and it doesn't seems like they are planning to put them back. It's a shame, because it allowed player do develop thing for player event and/or lighten the work of the (lonely) event manager who knows how to use ARCC by coding stuff. And if there is more people using a tool, it's more documentation, more people able to help, and more information on bug found.
I hope the access will be soon usable again, and that it doesn't goes like the ring where you prevent player to do really nice things by themselves !
