Anyway, "Paying" to have the guards stay active? Interesting, how about something more like New Horizons. Supply the guards with supplies from occupations to keep them active. Get only faction points (no dappers, they are for the guards!) in return. Just throwing ideas around!
So wait .. us marauders, who use alts to be able to do occ, as it otherwise is not available to us, would then be paying for the city guards to attack .. our main toons?? hmmmmm .. for some reason .. i dont think that would be a good idea :-)
