Marceline (atys)....sera is right, totally impossible for a new person to become marauder now... well, unless the rite bugs again and lets the person become Mara without a kill - which happens a lot!
Even if the rite bugs out .. doesnt make any difference .. you cannot take the rite (speak to the sage) if the fame isnt at least -42 ... which is near on impossible now.
