Possibly the second stage of Ryzom Forge may produce an opportunity as for that one, new NPC and missions have to be created with the tribes of Atys. Insurgent tribes on each continent might provide nation fame free services like they are already doing for crafting (tribe overseer) and so on. So why not also a hairdresser/tattooist?
