Which is proof that the cache doesn't refresh, The play time on the signature banner should be 4 hours more. 10:50:26 in the signature (live data) as of this writing but the one in the body of my post is static at 6:49:38. Check this thread again in an hour and the signature banner will not advance because of the cache.
