Ryzom doesnt have damage rotations like other games. If your nuking, your DPS is pretty much fixed, the same goes for melee, the skill comes from switching targets/weapons/roles on the fly.
A players level of Adaptability, and meta-game knowledge can't really be measured beyond how many wins / losses someone has.
