Bitttymacod (atys)
When Bittty was young he read the scriptures of both the Karavan and the Kamis. He read the Ten Commandments of Jena and the 8 revelations of Ma-Duk and the commentary thereon by Disciples and Sages. ((OOC: See information on http://bmsite.net and http://en.ryzomnomnom..com/wiki/Kami and http://en.ryzomnomnom..com/wiki/Karavan. Translations exist in other languages as well.)) He became a Karvan when young because his "father" was a Kami and Bittty blamed his father for leaving him in the refugee village to come to the new lands. Since the Second Swarming and the apparent inability of either the Kami or the Karavan to stop it, he has ceased to be associated with either the Kami or the Karavan as a church and has since then studied to become a Ranger.
However, even before that time, he noted that *neither* the Kami Revelations *nor* the Karavan Commandments said anywhere that he could not interact with those of the opposite Cult. In fact the opposite is true -- both churches command their followers to proselytize, to win over deluded homins ("deluded" being defined by "belonging to the other cult"). Therefore, even as a Karavan and a Tryker, he would help any homin who was in need.
The extremist position of "thou shalt not interact" is nowhere justified in the scriptures. That some homins take it to such extremes saddens Bittty, but they are free homins under the light of Jena. This does not mean that his belief and his actions are any less (or any more).
Dude! really? You always find justification for your decisions and I guess everybody could do that... no matter what the Lore says.
People like me are upset that others play with the "enemy" when we were suppose to be a group that fight for something together, lets call it, shared values - and when my said "friends" play with the "enemy" I lose time and effort then, yeah, it is called betrayal and I consider them "not following the role play for your faction".
What is wrong with that? I put it on the table.. if they want to change good, if not, we split or leave the game... or change sides or whatever... or we dont call them "shared values" anymore... and what does that leaves us with?
....A very unbalanced power on the server that will cause people to leave anyway... because you cant have kami guilds that attack everybody and all the others pretending to be friends, lol?!
You are neutral, I have no idea why you struggle so much to make a point that you as a neutral have the freedom to do anyway.
You do role play a lot, by yourself... that is the difference between you and me. You write on a forum, I fight on the server.. nobody can intervene between you and your role play, but guess what, on my kind of role play, people can ruin it... totally...
But wait until your "Ranger" faction comes to life and you join a group of shared values and their actions affect your "time and effort" I would really want to see how would you react..
Anyways... I'm with Maxxye on this one.. but whatever... I really dont care about this anymore.. but really man, give it a rest, you are a neutral - you can do whatever you want, let the other express their frustration, you are not part of it..
