I'm the one who actually started the post Bitty. If it is a part of the game it should be observed more often. Im not privy to what the Devs have done to it in the past, aside from finding old forums post where it says it was raised, but point still is it should be seen if it is in effect. and tolerance should be adjusted as there are fewer players now
