We have guilds that all they do is complain and whine until someone intervenes and gives them what they want.

We need something other than the dominance of game, with no battles, by a very small number of guilds
And if I declare on anything ('cept gvg declares) then kami come out to support and whoever is fighting us is wiped - not fun!!!
Making an op belong to a guild for limited time would at least get the circulating a bit ...
