On Ari we had many many wars. There was a huge kami-kara friendship but both factions constantly fought. This proves the friendship has nothing to do with the lack of wars. An example is my RL girlfriend (kara) wants nothing better than to take my OP off my hands.
The real reason there are no OP wars is because the kami are stronger. The kami are stronger because they put the effort into being stronger. The other faction numbers sadly dwindled as the people who would rather complain than train left. There are many in the other factions who are working hard towards strengthening their own, they just need more players like themselves.
At the end of the day other factions just need to put more effort into training, rather than complaining and quitting. Once their strength matches the kami and they win a war I bet their numbers will see a boost as all the people who just expect things to work out resub.
