Look at the server. Who benefits the most from their playing style? Are full time set-in-their-ways roleplayers walking around in the best gear? If you want the best gear you have to be willing to make sacrifices for it.
If there is a boss. No kami are online. Do you leave the boss because you can't kill it? No that means kara/marauder get all the mats. Instead you ask kara people to help you. You kill the boss and get some mats. Some mats is better than no mats.
An enemy is only worth having if you can fight them. This occurs in pvp situations. This is when english people "roleplay". If you look at OP wars the factions are extremely set in stone. You rarely see kami fighting against kami (in a war where kami attack or defend).
