So spawn 200 non agro gibbai's or something somewhere secret we all know doing that breaks the game for everyone playing so badly that the only result for using such a game breaking bad exploit can only result in a perma ban.

"we all know doing that breaks the game for everyone playing so badly" - this is sarcasm - coz ofc it doesn't break the game at all
"that the only result for using such a game breaking bad exploit can only result in a perma ban" - despite it being no threat to game and despite it being done in a place where no one was threatened - the homin - of very long standing and a good deal of respect - was banned for life

200 moving objects, which I would think would cause lag to those with low end equipment. Especially if this is as far back as I think it might be.
If it was a known exploit and he was exploiting it then he would get banned.
Even if you think it could be an exploit you should report it, not just keep exploiting it.
