all bosses with the same level should be able to spawn in every region of this level. so vorkoo could spawn in loria or shalaketh in underspring and so on.
+ many new boss spawn spots.
could solve the aimed camping of some bosses and would increase the possibilities of crafting.
but at least rename him to vorkhan in loria...
but to put a small damper onto this approach:
it will need some not too trivial coding as the timer has to be shared across multiple AI instances as each region got their own or all bosses would need a region independent extra AI or something like that.
