I think the confusion is that the OP is stating that alt camping needs to be fixed while Gorran and others are stating that its not the alt camping that needs fixing, it is that boss spawn needs to be revamped.
Maybe indeed there is a lost in translation.
I also agree that the game would be a lot better with random boss timer/spawning.
There will always be players/groups who will hunt bosses regularly but at least this way it could be more up for grabs.
