edit: i took a while to reply because i had to make sure this was okay to write, with my boss and stuff! i hope the topic-poster at least sees it
I think this is my first post on the forum! Nervous!!
Grimoire you're very active and your desire to help the community is really apparent , keep it up and gain some respect, play for some time, and i would say you could definitely send in an application to be part of the team that can change some of these things.
It is really a man-power (and woman power!?) issue, I think I do have access to some of the in-game texts and I can change or at least ask someone to change something (I have not really been working on that but I will take a look tonight)
Just to be clear I am fairly new on the anim team and.... as such I am not saying you should definitely do anything or that you will definitely get in or that you definitely have to play for 1 year before anyone will take you seriously... I figure applications are case-by-case basis and if you keep a good helpful reputation your chances will be better, this is not an endorsement from the anim team only my personal experience and opinion.
yes I am a native English speak
yes the anim team does have those
and yes we probably could use some more hehe
I should probably not be lazy and go find the forum post where it says "we are accepting applications" and post it here but hey if you are interested, go find it yourself I always say!
I love this game very much and it is the reason why I applied, there is tremendous potential for success untapped within Ryzom and we all have to work together to achieve this.
I think the EN community is a little shy about applying for the reason that it is a game lead by the FR/EU community and not the EN/US community but this should not stop you, anything worth doing is usually pretty tough. There are so many wonderful people there, I am really grateful I got to meet them all, and I'm even starting to learn other languages now. You have a little advantage on me there, though :)
