Any text available in Ryzom has to be either in one language (ok, it's probably not the best thing, considering what's happening here) or in ALL available languages.
Which means, you have to get a bunch of real translators (and not a Goo trad, since it is "official statement", and you've got to make absolutely sure of what you're saying in all languages).
And it takes time, if you haven't thought of doing it beforehand. Because translators, as far as I know, are volunteers also. They have a real work, a real life, and cannot just pop on Ryzom at any time to provide a translation.
So, I understand the idea of providing a short sentence in every language, so that players who can't understand the main text know at least what it is about.
And maybe the animation team will use this for their next "one-language only" communication.
But, for now, maybe we could just give them space.
Or we could provide them with guaranteed versions in all languages of such a short sentence, that they could use instantly.

Tout texte disponible sur Ryzom doit l'être soit dans une langue (ce qui n'est probablement pas la meilleure chose, vu ce qui se passe ici) ou dans TOUTES les langues du jeu.
Ce qui signifie qu'il faut trouver un paquet de vrais traducteurs (et pas une Trad Google, parce que c'est une "communication officielle", et qu'il faut être absolument certain de ce qu'on raconte dans toutes les langues).
Et ça, ça prend du temps, si on n'y a pas pensé à l'avance. Parce que les traducteurs, pour autant que je sache, sont aussi des bénévoles. Ils ont un vrai boulot, une vraie vie, et ne peuvent pas juste débouler sur Ryzom à n'importe quel moment pour faire de la traduction.
Donc je comprends l'idée de mettre une phrase courte dans chaque langue, pour que les joueurs qui ne comprennent pas le texte principal puissent au moins savoir de quoi il s'agit.
Et peut-être que l'équipe d'animation fera ça pour sa prochaine communication "uni-linguistique".
Mais, pour l'instant, nous pourrions peut-être les laisser tranquille. Ou leur fournir une traduction validée de cette fameuse phrase dans toutes les langues, qu'ils pourraient utiliser tout de suite.
