so is it better to have one amp for elemental and one for healing?

Being here also since BETA I have found that having balance in a team works better that having strong Nukes and low Heals or vise versa.

Imagine yourself in a battle against Master players (and there are alot of us).  Some Melee guys have broken through your front lines and are hacking up your dedicated healers, who cant do sufficient damage without exposing your frontline to the rest of the Enemy Magicians comming in behind their Melee guys. U turn to Backheal your team but your wearing your Elemental 100's and need to change, but before you can equio them your getting hit by Bombs from the enemy backline and your team is almost down.  BYE BYE !!!

Dramatic i know but that is a general OP battle walkover and there are many Guilds able to do this in Game on all sides.

Having a balance allows you to very quickly turn and heal when needed and switch out at the drop of a hat to work whatever skill will keep your team alive.

Speak to some Master or even Crafters Just above your level required and see what they can do for what cost.  Most if not all Crafters are happy to help people, and very often leads to friendships being formed in game.
