Like the idea maybe they could repurpose the old starter islands for this (we know from reset that they still exist so adding different mobs to them they could be nice zones)
about the tp's:
Well kara and kami not gonna build tp's we know that, so we would need to invent balooning wich can perfectly be placed with new horizons since I look at NH as ferry's and mekky cauch rides (don't know any exact lore about them but i don't see them as real tp's if they are real tp's can somebody explain to me how main land homins made them to me pls).
Ps. Maybe contact Bittymacod enterprices I once heard he was working on a big baloon to get up there.
For marauders I actually see it differently I think it's called matoxia crystals or something but thats what their crystal teleport system uses i think, developed and brought here from the old lands so they could actually build new teleports themself up there.
