You could try to go to the unpack folder in your ryzom directory and move the ryzom_00610.idx there to your desktop (temporary) to see if that fixes the problem
But before that check the checksum + size of your local file - mine is:

If you don't have a tool to get checksums already just google for one or get this one from microsoft which isn't really the best choice in regards of usability http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=11533 (but at least a somewhat trustworthy source)
