I fear that granting access to Silan again is nothing I can decide myself... Generally I think that you should not be able to go back there after coming to the mainland. Silan should not be swarmed by high level characters.
The idea of having an event (a few days maybe) that allows temporary access to Silan is good though. I could imagine some sort of invasion we'll have to fight off to keep our starting island safe. I think it would be cool for our newbies to see that there is actually something going on.
Maybe someone can post that on the Ideas forum if it's not already there?
