It has been announced that the Ranger pseudo-faction will have "rapid paths to the most difficult areas in Atys". I.e. they will have "teleports."
I would like to see them be just an arrangement of branches or trunks that show the location of a "hidden way." NO Kami or Kara symbols, NO zinuakeen crystal, NO "rainbow gate", just an opening that would let Rangers travel. Ideally the splash screen should be different, too, but that may be asking for too much.
For added "realism" use of the passage should drain 50% of your hp and stamina.
