5) NPCs will not talk to you during occ missions
This might apply to many situations on atys besides occs, i don't know for sure but:
while doing larvester/scrollmaker you have to talk to some npc's at the entrance of the kitin lair to give them larva for certificates, sometimes they will not reply to you
i used to 1) log out and in again, or 2) go out and in the portal but credits to Nuno, you can attack a plant (or anythin really) and they will talk to you again
So if you want to talk to npc1, first attack a plant, talk to npc, when done with that npc, attack another plant, talk to the other npc.
