3) law against dealing with the Goo
Thank you very much! I hope Jen-Lai will decide to take a look at the text and will think of what you would like to add to it or reduce from it. Of course the law can still be changed later on in details.
4) meeting with the Gibads because of the kitin-mounds
You might be relieved to hear that a decision concerning the Ranger-experiments was found at the Assembly of Min-Cho by their representative Astarth, by the representatives of Hoi-Cho who came to Min-Cho, and by the Awakened Fey-Lin Liang as the representative of Jen-Lai. The Theocracy will not let the Rangers try out any experiments with termites - especially not unpredictibly "altered" by weird potions! - in the Witherings. The Sage Sens was present and agreed to that as well; so he will tell this to the Rangers.
Still I would love it if we representatives could visit the Gib(b)ads together to work out a better solution for getting rid of the Kitin-mounds without angering the Kitins so not to cause a third Great Swarming. Initiate Astarth from Min-Cho agreed to this somehow, so the permission of Jen-Lai would be appreciated; and then we can all take a trip to the Void together ((event)) and re-establish our good relations with the Gib(b)ads.
The Awakened Fey-Lin Liang will also contact the Ancient Dryads and perhaps even the Siblings of the Weed about botanical means to close the kitin-tunnels. It was highly recommended to ask the governments of the respective Nations before contacting these tribes though.
And Initiate Astarth additionally suggested to ask our magnetism-scholars about using magnetism to locate the kitin-tunnels under the bark - and then maybe to disrupt them magnetically, such causing the mounds to collapse...
5) responsibilities of the cities for the regions of the Witherings
An agreement was met at the meeting in Min-Cho for this matter as well - and the Sage Sens has also been informed about this. If it is about defense against attacks of any kind, then the cities will strive to work together, especially when it's about the Zorai-opposed dangerous tribes. And for the rest in short the suggestions of the Awakened Sartyrica of Hoi-Cho were accepted:
* Jen-Lai will be responsible for dealing with the matters of Knot of Dementia and Maiden Grove
* Min-Cho will be responsible for dealing with the matters of Cities of intuition and Grove of Umbra
* Hoï-cho will be responsible for dealing with the matters of Haven of Purity and The Void
Additional to that Hoi-Cho will gladly take on two fiendish tribes to relieve Min-Cho; so Hoi-Cho will observe the Black Circle in the Grove of Umbra, while Min-Cho can establish friendly relationships with the Tutors.
6) Kitin-movements
Fortunately it seems that the latest Kitin-movements do not seem to be very dangerous yet as all homins present at Min-Cho had considered when sharing our knowledge and opinions. But still it will be best to keep our eyes and ears open, as Kitins will always keep being a threat to all of us as long as they exist!
Yes, Daeronn Cegrips who now works with the Rangers does indeed seem a bit careless, to say the least. On the other hand he means the best for Atys, as he is a well-known scholar from the Academy of Pyr and not an enemy. Just a little... worldly innocent... as some might say. Yes, caution should be exercised.
