Open letters of the Circles of Hoï-Cho to the Circles of Jen-Laï

At the moment I can only hope that you will address as many of the most important questions that I have asked you in the upcoming Assembly of Jen-Lai. I trust that you will, because ignorance would show grave disrespect, and I don't believe any of you would do something like that.

1) Academy at Zora (with scholars and researchers like those who analysed goo-probes in the past)
Do you vote for or against building/establishing such an Academy?

2) does anyone of you know about the burial-rites of us Zoraï or even an official document about these rites?

3) what do you think about an official law against dealing with Goo and the proposed draft for this law: http://app.ryzom.com/app_forum/index.php?page=post/view/110432

4) do you want to meet with the Gibads - either to ask them about the removal of Kitin-mounds or just to meet with them and renew our alliance with them as representatives for the Nation of Zorai?

5) Hoi-Cho has met an agreement with Initiate (maybe already Awakened) Astarth of Min-Cho about the responsibilities of our cities for the regions of the Witherings. Nobody of Jen-Lai has contacted Hoi-Cho about this afterwards as far as I know?! So please tell us if you have also contacted Min-Cho and if this matter is now settled? As long as you are silent how can Hoi-Cho undertake actions regarding certain tribes?

6) you still haven't heard anything of dangerous behaviour of Kitins? There has been talk about Kitin-mounds in the desert (that I personally was not able to spot), Initiate/Awakened Astarth has noticed that there are no Kitin-mounds in the jungle anymore, but he found some in the roots as he said; and there has been talk about more goo-infested Kitins in the Kitin-lair than before? The Dynastic Circle is already worried because of the rumors and might still want to invite Daeronn Cegrips soon.

If nobody except for the Awakened Fey-Lin Liang will reply to these open letters again even after the next Assembly then I think it will be more considerate to her (as she has to translate) and the other representatives of Jen-Lai (as you do not want to reply in here) to stop writing open letters to Jen-Lai at all. Either we can find a better way to communicate or those that are interested could just use the notice boards of Min-Cho.
