I'm all for this! Having said that, it will actually bring more pvp to the table. Since people who do that occupation will be able to bring q50 op mats to q250, or maybe it'll only work 50 levels up or whatever. Whichever way it is done, it will mean people who want q250 mats can attack outposts that are below that level, which are easier to take over since guards are weaker. In my mind this means there will be more declares, so devs will get their pvp element, and we will get more 250 rubbarn! Win/win!
