What would happen if 2 officers try to craft the same mats at the same time ?
Let's say, during OP war, guys who defends try to make ammo with the same stack of mats in GH.
This is a new situation that never occurs with private inventories.
So it might brings some new bugs in the game.
You are right that this is a problem which needs to be addressed. A solution would be kind of a GH craft mission to obtain at a GH workbench (similar to occupation workbenches), granting the right to craft for, say 10 min or until abandoned or player logging out or leaving the guild - or an HO being kicked or demoted by the leader. During that time nobody else could take stuff out of the GH.
