OK, it makes sense for French and German events to take place at 8-10 pm their time, (asuming that they are living at home and not in some foreign clime) and it has been hard on us in the US and Australia to take part in them. However, for all four of the English-speaking community events to take place at a time convenient *only* for those in Europe is going a bit overboard in telling the Aussies and the Americans (Canada and USA) that they are really not wanted as part of the roleplaying aspects of the game.
Three of the events are on weekdays. 2000 GMT is 11am to 3pm, the middle of the work(school)day in North America. 2000 GMT is (if I am calculating correctly) 5am to 8am the next day in Australia, NZ, Japan and Indonesia. If the meetings last an hour or so that puts them into school and work time as well.
I understand that it is not possible for all portions of the globe to be served conveniently at the same time. However, it should be possible to have at least *some* of the events at a time more convenient to the not-close-to-GMT sections of the world.
