I have no quarrel with for any of the Weather/Harvesting (because I know it well enough now) and I highly recommend that you go back to Silan for the Buo Fiber Missions - it is there that I learned just one of so many many ways to pop a mat spot that others will call "impossible" or maybe just not there even like you said (but there are lots of other ways too, that is just the very first way that I did it form)
