Well, earthquakes are very unlikely, but treefall should occasionally happen, especially during storms. Since no earthquakes, no tsunami. Floods might be possible in Lakes.
There are no mountains in Atys so no snow avalanches. No rocks so no rock avalanches.
You missed a couple of Atys specific possibilities for natural disaster.
1: Growth event. An area of Atys suddenly is elevated or disrupted by the growth of a giant trunk coming up out of the roots and climbing towards the canopy.
2: Canopy Branch Fall. A portion of the Canopy breaks free and falls to the ground, denting the Bark (possibly ripping holes in it) destroying stuff underneath it.
Note that natural disasters are NOT random (except possibly earthquakes on earth and that is only in timing, not expectation).
The main thing with coding large random events is that such events have lasting effects on things like buildings. I don't think anyone in the playerbase would want to have the contents of their apartments suddenly changed from q250 to q100 due to flood damage, find their guild-hall in Yrkanis destroyed by a falling tree or Canopy Branch, or access to favorite dig areas disrupted by a Growth event.
As for the events themselves there would be those who would complain because it happened to them and those who would complain that they missed it.
This might be a good excuse for the opening of a new Land, but it would have to be foreshadowed and a good video made of it to introduce it. The game engine itself is not suited to having such a thing happen in real time.
