Windows 7, but I have an NVIDIA GTX 560 Ti. If I understood all of what you said I might be able to do something. I have the card set to allow the program to control anti-aliasing and I don't see anything called Morphological anti-aliasing in the control panel.

Yep, I think that's an ATI feature. Dunno if exists something similar to NVidia, so, probably, the problem is not graphic driver related.
Unless you find something with different name, but same behaviour. If it exists, you could just goggle that AA and see if an NVidia equivanet exists.
