Not my death, but I managed to get my Mek dead just because I wasn't paying attention. I'm out digging, lots of gas still puthering from various dig sites. I forgot my Mek was on follow and it wandered into a cloud of gas. My back was turned. First thing I know was a groan then thud as the Mek hit the ground.
My embarrassment at this is only tempered by the hope that by making this stupidity public, less people will be caught out in this way.
