I like what they were trying to do but it's really tough on people who hate digging. It feels like the extra crowd has pretty much wiped out some of the simple distractions I used to enjoy (boss hunting) and I can't roam much because I run out of dappers too fast.
If this is going to work the game needs more content asap. There's nothing left to keep me logged in but digging or the occasional OP war.
In short, my feelings toward the current economy are very meh at the moment. My caveat, though, is it's possible we could balance it with giving some of us non diggers something decent to do. Hint: Make bosses ridiculously tough if you're going to leave the same amount and spawn times...or at least add some crazy bosses with rewards other than sup mats (sap crystals, cats for f2p, dappers, excel mats, titles, eggs, etc etc etc etc).
