I was going from Yrkanis to Zora to pick up some mats from a friend. To fit as many mats as possible into my bag I got nekkid and took out all my teleports except Zora. When i got there I had this feeling that Id done something stupid but didnt figure it out untill I was about to head home to Yrkanis...
Then started the long and DP-filled trip back to the forest. I have never forgotten a TP since.
Not a direct death, but the my stupidness forced me to die a lot of times on the way home.
