Bonjour,

J'ai repris un abonnement du jeu depuis un compte que j'avais créée sur RYZOM en 2009.
personnage : WINSCATE.
En re-téléchargeant le jeu tout se passe correctement jusqu'à ce que j'entre mon nom d'utilisateur, WINSCATE, et mon mdp, et le jeu plante avant d'arriver sur l'écran 3 ou se trouve le personnage sans que je n'ai de message d'erreur.
Cependant très rapidement avant de lancer le patch total j'ai vu inscrit le message : error : cCnnection failed with cURL error : Couldn't resolve host name URL 'release.htlm'

J'ai lancer le jeu via : "ryzom_installer_qt_r " dans le dossier ryzom live et avant l'affichage de mon personnage j'ai eu se message d'erreur avant que ca plante.

Can you pleas tell us a bit more which client you used?
From Website or Steam?
Which Os you used?

Can you pleas take a look if you found on your Profil Folder a nel_report_xxxxxxx.txt file ?

Have you import some old save date or its realy a empty installation?

With Windows 10 its happend often you need install a old Version from DirectX 9c
